{"id":966,"date":"2015-02-23T10:58:39","date_gmt":"2015-02-23T13:58:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.am3solucoes.com.br\/blog\/?p=966"},"modified":"2021-10-28T17:34:07","modified_gmt":"2021-10-28T20:34:07","slug":"de-olho-no-imposto-74-das-empresas-nao-informam-tributos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.am3solucoes.com.br\/blog\/de-olho-no-imposto-74-das-empresas-nao-informam-tributos\/","title":{"rendered":"De Olho no Imposto: 74% das empresas n\u00e3o informam tributos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u00e1 falamos aqui sobre a Lei da Transpar\u00eancia ou De Olho no Imposto,\u00a0como tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 chamado, e ressaltamos a import\u00e2ncia social desse projeto que visa informar o consumidor sobre a carga tribut\u00e1ria imposta nos produtos do mercado. \u00c9 direito do consumidor &#8211; \u201cSe eu estou pagando eu preciso saber o qu\u00ea, exatamente, eu estou pagando\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Vale lembrar que s\u00e3o 7 (sete) os impostos da tabela do IBPT (Instituto\u00a0Brasileiro de Planejamento e Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o) e que \u00e9 calculado um percentual m\u00e9dio, uma vez que as al\u00edquotas podem variar dependendo do ramo de atividade, localiza\u00e7\u00e3o, incentivos fiscais e regime de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o das ind\u00fastrias, distribuidoras ou do com\u00e9rcio varejista.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainda \u00e9 grande o n\u00famero de empresas que n\u00e3o se adequaram. Um levantamento realizado pelo IBPT divulgado nesta sexta-feira (8), informa que praticamente sete de cada dez empresas brasileiras descumprem a lei e n\u00e3o informam na nota fiscal o total de impostos pago pelo consumidor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo o IBPT, 74,4% das mais de 10 milh\u00f5es de empresas descumpre essa regra. A maior incid\u00eancia acontece na regi\u00e3o Sul (77,3% de 2 milh\u00f5es de empresas); seguida pelo Nordeste (76,1% de 1,7 milh\u00e3o de empresas) e pela regi\u00e3o Norte (75% dos 498 mil estabelecimentos comerciais).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O resultado foi mais satisfat\u00f3rio na regi\u00e3o Centro-Oeste (74,2% das 850 mil empresas) e no Sudeste do pa\u00eds (72,6% dos neg\u00f3cios).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quem desobedecer poder\u00e1 ser multado<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os estabelecimentos que n\u00e3o informam o imposto pago pelo consumidor na nota fiscal\u00a0podem ser multados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/deolhonoimposto.ibpt.org.br\/Site\/PassoPasso\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">site do IBPT<\/a>, as empresas podem se cadastrar no programa De Olho no Imposto e baixar a tabela com as al\u00edquotas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada estabelecimento fica respons\u00e1vel por atualizar o software de emiss\u00e3o de notas para que o imposto seja detalhado.
