style=\"font-weight: 400;\">motoboy<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; motorista de aplicativo; tatuador etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A seguir, iremos abordar mais um tipo de empresa: a<\/span><b> Microempresa (ME)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Microempresa <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ME<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Embora tenham siglas parecidas, <\/span><b>MEI e ME apresentam grandes diferen\u00e7as <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">na pr\u00e1tica. A principal delas refere-se ao <\/span><b>faturamento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enquanto um MEI pode ganhar at\u00e9 R$ 81 mil por ano, <\/span><b>a receita bruta de uma ME pode chegar a R$ 360 mil anuais<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como \u00e9 feito o cadastro de uma Microempresa?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para se tornar uma ME, \u00e9 preciso <\/span><b>ir \u00e0 Junta Comercial com um contrato social<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (esp\u00e9cie de &#8220;certid\u00e3o de nascimento&#8221;
